Cardinal Tagle of the Philippines has a weekly TV show in which he explains the Sunday readings. On Sunday night it is placed on Utube. Watching the video is an excellent way to prepare the Sunday readings.

Cream Pie Sale
We will have a Cream Pie Sale the weekend of February 16 & 17. We wil also have meat pies. Pick-up following all of the Masses. It is best to pre-order. Order form is found in the bulletin or by clicking here.
St Anthony Breakfast
On Sunday February 17 we are going to serve breakfast from 8 to 10am. The menu will be scrambled Eggs, home fries, pancakes, bacon, and muffins. Coffee & juice. Tickets are $6.00, and are on sale after Mass, in the rectory, or click here to buy on-line.
Our next Parish Dinner will be on Saturday, March 9th at 5:30pm. The meal will begin with Chicken Soup. This will be followed by boneless, stuffed Chicken Breast, your choice of mashed potatoes or rice, and butternut squash. We will end with assorted desserts. Tickets are $15.00 for adults and $7.00 for children. Tickets are on sale after Mass, in the rectory, or can be purchased on-line by clicking here.
Bible Study of the Lord’s Prayer
During the Thursdays of Lent our parish will sponsor a bi-lingual Study of the Lord’s Prayer starting at 6:30pm. The Lord’s Prayer is not just a prayer to be memorized and recited. It is an teaching on how to prayer as a disciple of Jesus (Lk 11: 1), and a summary of the entire gospel. Each session will involve prayer, a presentation, and small table discussion. The same study will be conducted in Portuguese by Deacon Jose and in English by Fr. Fred. The session topics are listed below:
March 7: An Introduction to the Lord’s Prayer
March 14: “Our Father”
March 11: “Your Kingdom come”.
March 28: “Give us this day our Daily Bread”
April 4: “Forgive us our trespasses”
April 11: “lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil”.
